Phenomenal acting, directing, and cinematography. For that I give a *chefs kiss*. However I couldn’t help but feel tired, sad, and unsatisfied after watching this movie. I understand that it is an autobiography and it might not follow the same plot rules as say a romcom. But none of the characters really changed throughout. And it didn’t have a single moment of the comedic relief most sad movies have to keep a good balance. It was just sad scene after sad scene. As I say this, it doesn’t mean it wasn’t entertaining. I was interested all the way through (even though this movie made me feel very tired). If you are thinking of watching this movie, I’m not telling you not to watch it, just don’t expect a resolution or a happy ending.
