Emmerdale has too many writers who do not have a clue how life in a village is, how people get on. They do not consist of villagers on the edge of murder at the slightest sign of a disagreement. It needs to get REAL maybe the writers should do more real-life experience in aid of research, Maybe then they will show more lifelike stories, yes we know its not sweetness and light living in villages, but nor is it like living in a big city , i lived in a tiny village near the Northumberland Cumbria border and life was peaceful until the local pub had its music nights, when we could all hear the accordion, bagpipes guitars for hours, yes there were teenagers who were bored and using drugs.. We need an actual element of more farms,, characters more akin to farming. NOT pole dancers and evil millionaires
