The movie was disappointing. However, the cast delivered commendable performances. The research on the subject and topic was lacking, and the execution felt immature. Ajay Devgan should explore beyond the father-daughter storyline. Madhavan's acting still resembles SRK's version of Darr. Jyothika's performance was brilliant. The music and background music were subpar. Some scenes dragged on for too long. The climax was unsatisfactory, presenting an unrealistic and cheap version of the story.

Watch it only for Sharad Kelkar. He has out performed every actor in this movie including Akshay Kumar. Waffer thin plot, dull cinematography and direction. More over acting and less logic. Read first line else avoidable.
