Great to look at, superb main characters, stuffed with back story. A pivotal maguffin that comes across as a potential plot hole (see the niffler). Don't hold your breath waiting for the climax because it is three films away. And that is the biggest issue. Beginning, middle, more middle, yet more middle... And some great beasts, international sweep and a few surprises along the way.
