Being a Texan born and raised, there are many things Texans would never do! Example: yee-haw episode. they were riding horse through the hill country in the winter, brown grass, no leaves on trees, etc. yet one guy had on a straw hat while the other had a black felt hat. No real Texan would ever wear a straw hat in the winter. It’s like wearing white dress shoes in the fall/winter! You just don’t do that!
