So..you have been away from home for two years was it? And you have found an actual livable environment and you are dying to tell someone, anyone, everyone, what you have experienced. But you have to wait til you get back to earth. Also, you haven't spoken to your friends, your family, YOUR KIDS !!! in two freaking years. So when you do get within range of contact there's...nothing. And more nothing. What the hell ??? Then when you get a hold of someone , they tell you something cryptic about the conditions on earth and some mistake. Then your spacecraft gets hammered just when he's gonna tell you, and oh, by the way, it's the communications that gets obliterated. So, at this point it would be safe to assume at least one person would be on the verge of a breakdown. But not these guys. These guys go have a niel diamond sing-a-long !!! Ugh
