Extremely important documentary. Now in my 30s having grown up going to a Zionist day school on Long Island this film resonated deeply. If you're angry about Jews supporting ceasefire and Palestinian liberation, if you feel threatened by progressive Jewish values, it's even more important that you watch this film. This documentary will give you insight into the experiences and perspectives of people you love, whether you agree with them or not. It's only an hour and a half- you can listen to it like a podcast if you want. Extremely digestible. Watch before you criticize and use this documentary as a tool to start discourse. You have the time.

Outdated and predictable perspective on feminism and rebellion that makes weird and at times uncomfortable generalizations about BIPOC characters, their needs, interests, and personalities. Soundtrack was limited and predictable given the breadth of really exciting riot grrrl music out there- why do we have to hear "Rebel Girl" like 10 times? Empowering in theory, I was really excited to watch this movie but was sorely disappointed. :-(
