I found this film to be interesting, heartbreaking and at times breathtaking. The end is confusing but when I figured out what was going on, the many themes converged into a huge aha moment and I found myself sobbing. In my eyes, George Clooney did an excellent job directing as well as depicting the career-focused, unemotional Augustine. And Caoilinn Springall’s performance as Lily was beautiful and tugged at the heart strings.

I was so stunned by the beauty of Moonlight. Amazing performances by each and every actor. The struggle endured by Chiron is heartwrenching. Highly recommend.
