Overall I really enjoy the game, just pray that you never have to deal with Bathesda's customer service. The rep I dealt with, Leon, was completely unwilling to help me after I made a purchase under false pretenses. Whether it was due to his own incompetence, or Bathesda's general terrible customer service policies, who knows. I attempted to pre purchase greymoor through the crown store and was only given two options: standard edition upgrade or collectors edition upgrade. I had read that purchasing the new chapter's collector's edition would also unlock previous chapter's collector's edition items and therefore expected to receive said items. After spending the only hour that I have had available in the last week to relax and play games with my boyfriend instead dealing with this, all Leon could do for me is to tell me that "there are 4 versions of Greymoor: the Standard Edition, Collector's Edition, Standard Upgrade, and Collector's Upgrade. The upgrades do not include previous chapter content." and to contact xbox regarding a refund as he could not process that for me. I don't think it is unreasonable to find the differences between their packages to be a bit confusing when the ONLY obvious difference is the word "upgrade" which could be used to describe any of the four packages when you are thinking in terms of purchasing an expansion to a game or purchasing the collector's edition of a game when you already own the base game. I explained this to Leon and requested that my account be upgraded to what I believed I was purchasing. Leon, of course, refused and repeated that I needed to contact xbox. I told Leon that I had really hoped to get this resolved after hearing positive things about Bathesda's customer service and that due to the poor service I received, he could expect this review. In response, he wished me a nice rest of my day. I really hope the small price difference between what I purchased and what I intended to purchase is worth pissing off this customer, receiving this honest review, and hopefully making people think twice before spending their money with Bathesda when it means taking a gamble that they'll just end up feeling scammed.
