Enjoyed this rendition of my childhood favorite movie.

Thor Love & Thunder brought the silly, the action and added another entertaining movie to the MCU. Christian Bale jumped ship… now both a DC hero & a MCU villain.

It pains me to leave a less than stellar review. I was beyond excited to see but there were a few scenes that were “strange” and warranted an eye roll 🙄. The most groan worthy one being the Dr. Strange/Sinister fight. This followed closely by the entire iteration of the strange zombie. The last 30mins seemed cartoonish. Think a long lost What If episode. More like Marvel tried to cut cost by copy/pasting a mashup of What If episodes. I know that the MCU is going into the Multiverse. I enjoyed the multiverse in the Loki series. It felt muddled and a lot to digest all at once in Dr Strange. Like I literally had a nightmare and it was this movie. I had to watch YouTube to explain the movie. I rated this a 3 because I’m just not as familiar with Dr Strange & Scarlet Witch comics

This was unexpected. I enjoyed the movie but the beginning was slow. Joker’s origin story was unpredictable as you would attribute to the likes of the Joker...but why sooo serious.
