Having watched the first two episodes of the acolyte at no time do you feel the Headland story adds anything to the star wars universe, in facts it’s often confusing to work out what is going on in her head, when you do it makes no logical sense, the opening scene is truly awful, and some of the other scenes are equally awful, just when it does get better they add another stupid scene after. The script is lacking and clunky at points, Stenberg doesn’t add anything and may as well not be there which is a shame as shes very seldom not there and so it’s left to the three main Jedi characters to try and save the whole thing, they do their best, particularly Jung-Jae who you end feeling sorry for. One of the space scenes even looks totally unrealistic so yes it really is that bad. Many people will indeed love it but they know nothing about Star Wars and for every one new half hearted fan they get they gonna losse ten. As a Star Wars fan since a kid and for over 40 years the rubbish coming out from Stenburg, Healand and Kennedy I find truly intolerant and offensive. Stenburg and Healand seem to think they have to divine right to have their work accpted just becuase they are part of hte LQBTQ community, however it's rubbish and it's diveristy for diversity sake with that being the means to the end and as for actual diversity in the story er... there is no diverse content in the storyline!... post the two episodes it just gets worse.... laughable considering the lack of quality. How much did this cost again?
