Hubby liked it (surprise, surprise) but I found it asinine. Nothing but vulgar profanity, roaring and screaming, either during conflict, sexual encounters or childbirth; just an endless wall of noise. During the battle scenes, there was way too much fake blood spurting vigorously from every orifice, which reminded me of a Monty Python skit or scenes from Shaun of the Dead. The acting was somewhat wooden and the dialogue relied mostly on volume. Some historical aspects were reasonably accurate but the rest was straight from the scriptwriters. The steroid-laden male bodies were about the only positive visual aspect for me. 😁 Sorry, but a no.
