Bhopal disaster is a dark chapter of India and basic research work should have been done by the series makers before creating The Railway Men... Instead of that we are left with a melodramatic series which fails to leave a mark in the minds of its audiences. Story telling lacks proper direction, unnecessarily bringing in characters in an attempt to create impact. No episode showing the impact on rest of the country, on the top level management of UCC, totally skipped the charges on Warren Anderson...(Felt the series would be promising after the first few minutes)
Also somehow undermined the heroic acts of real life hero Mr. Ghulam Dastagir (The then station master of Bhopal Jn.) and unnecessarily dramatized the series bringing in unnecessary emotions and unnecessary twists and turns... Could have created some fictional incident instead of unnecessarily dramatizing a sensitive topic... Should not expect good content from YRF
No sense of urgency in the characters to deal with the situation... instead they had time to deliver cheesy dialogues... absolutely unbelievable. Dont know who all are saying this is a good series and why. Better watch Kaala Paani on Netflix
