I'm a huge fan of the Witcher and was super excited for blood origin. Honestly don't waste your time. The writing is terrible, the story makes zero sense. I as a black man, support having diversity in entertainment and the need but this whole series just felt like it was checking boxes and was extremely disingenuous and unauthentic. It took away all the best parts of witcher and left it with filler.

This show has tons of potential to be good but that is where it stops. Its overly juvenile at time and fake "woke". For a Marvel affiliated project I'm disappointed. Its an interesting underlying story that if it had a better script it could be more flushed out but then just doesn't. I wouldn't waste your time in truth. I got through the first season and then stopped.
