This book is not bad. None of the sentences fall flat, and none of the story is in any way bad.
However, it is absolutely infuriating to read. The entire book is presented from the perspective of Vivian, the main character, and she is batshit, methhead insane. No, this book is not a profound statement about the autism spectrum. Assuming the main character is autistic because she is senselessly frothing-at-the-mouth crazy is like assuming a black person is hispanic because they're not white. And I am absolutely infuriated that I am supposed to take this seriously.
