First few chapters were pretty amazing, unravelling the unrealistic expectations we set for ourselves and pretty much just simplifying Alan watt’s philosophy- if you want something so much you focus on how much you lack it. Now on the 6th chapter and I want to yeet this book.
Not only does his advice absolutely contradict itself in every possible way (What do u want me to actually do Mark???) - some of his thoughts are reminiscent of an emotionally unavailable father advising his kid to ignore the bullies.
