Love this show. There are many reasons but one of them is that it relates personally to me. The main character deku or izuku midoriya is complex, sometimes self doubting, kinda nerd but brave and person with pure soul who wanna be no.1 in thing he dreams. He doesn't come from bad or great background but normal one. Their is nothing that different in him apart from his unbreakable devotion to his dream though however difficult .So you will ask what's special?? Well this thing only! He is just an ordinary boy with high dream even when others discouraged him. Others had great back story or sad story to motivate which may make him look less deserving. But this thing only attract me that after being discouraged so many times he don't give in. There is a quote related to deku that he may have less relevant back story or motivation but it doesn't mean that he will give in to be no.1 !! He will work hard to pay back to those who always supported and gave him everything to make his life better. Finding motivation through other's spirit to succeed is also a great force.It's everyday story with no thing like preplanned destiny which normal people like me can relate and get motivated!! And most importantly it focuses on countless characters including main character equally. No one is superior or inferior , everyone has their strength and weaknesses and important is how they come through a challenge. So even if you can't relate with main character then there are so many you can relate with. The show doesn't discriminates in different people in it :)
