American Skin is the movie we need and deserve. Especially now. It's an incredible movie, showing the argument from all sides. Cops, convicts, black, white, latino, and women are all represented in this film. It moved me. After the movie, we discussed it the whole drive home, and are still discussing it this morning. I hope this invokes conversations that we desperately are overdue for in this country.

I really liked this movie. It was touching and heartfelt. I don't have personal experience with dementia and alzheimers but it was moving to see how it was portrayed on screen. The writer/director did a wonderful job and all the actors were phenomenal. I definitely recommend. 10/10!
