Hey, anyone noticed in the post credits scene Nick Fury uses "Infiniti" car in Avengers Infinity war

So I have seen Ant-man and the wasp recently, and it was a pretty good movie! But I do have one question though [SPOILER ALERT] . . . . . . . Antman gets trapped in quantum realm in the mid-credits!!! Why can’t he just grow back as he did in the ”Ant-man”???
