If Willie Nelson is in it, I’m watching it.

Started pretty well but the last few episodes have been terrible. Plots that start then go nowhere. Stars that seem to be constantly trying too hard and missing the point. Moving on.

Very well done show. I’m wondering where it can go long term.

Episode 6 was titled “The Triangle Shirtwaist Fire: An Oral History”. A comedy show decided to use a title…..evidently in a frivolous way…..referencing a fire in which over 140 mostly young women and girls perished horribly. They were locked in by their bosses and had to choose between jumping out a window to the sidewall 8 stories down or being burned alive. Is this appropriate for a sitcom? What’s next; Pearl Harbor The Musical?? Was watching. Not any more.

This is a mess. It keeps alluding to Buffalo Bob without tying it to any of their episodes. Even worse it can’t seem to decide if it wants to be a procedural or a fantasy. Renew or cancel; I’m done with it either way.

This show has an interesting concept but where can it go? If he can’t get out then it becomes a show with a repetitive plot of trial and failure. If he does get out then the premise of the show collapses and it’s over.

Don’t expect me to read subtitles. This show is not well written and leans on very tired comedic situations. That’s bad enough but the subtitles are just way too distracting and annoying.

Last night was a very well written and performed show. The problem was that, in the midst of the action finding a serial killer and his victims and a wildfire threatening, the show took 5 minutes to have the female leads sit down and discuss the feelings of lesbians and properly lay out the “fact” (as they see it) that there are “more than 2 sexes.” This did not fit anywhere in the context of the episode at all. I believe the producers of this show need to decide whether they want to make a really good drama series or a very bad liberal mush-mash using the premise of the show as a crowd draw so the viewers can be “properly taught” from their agenda.

Just how much left wing, progressive doctrine needs to be in one show to make you happy? I’m surprised there was time for any actual plot line. Is there a plan in future episodes to get rid of the fire truck and other props and just devote the whole show to “woke” issues? Per Charlie Albaugh: “I’d DIE for this show” “Lowe talking about skin care made me and my family cry” Really???? Behold!! The target audience has been found!!
