I enjoyed the first two seasons, Great to see Women as firefighters, & advancing thru the ranks. Should've been less romance, especially inside the firehouse.. Would have like to seen main characters have relationships outside of work, disappointed Ryan was killed off, Start off third season became political, especially comparing immigration officers to Nazis. Don't get the relationship between Robert & Herra, .He stole drugs, over dosed at work, falsely documents, broke department rules, & received no jail time? allowed to return to the department. ,ridiculous. Glad to see Jack mature after meeting deaf boy & his mother. In my opinion when she found out her Mom was alive & in NYC, my opinion she was forced to retire on medical after 9/11 injury, Would have to see Herra marry Ryan towards the end of season three.
