Horrible dialogue, characters too stereotypical, was it a comedy or something else? It was overacted, bad character development, story tries too hard to appeal to East LA Mexicans vs all Mexicans who don't live in the USA.
Story line if Alien beetle has too many inconsistencies.
Abuela couldn't have revolutionary skills since that would make her well over 100 years old.
Rotten tomatoes score was surely paid for to give this trash a 77%.
Great concept that was totally wasted by poor casting decisions by DC.
