Love the show, but it seems like they have gone from a modest lifestyle to an over the top lifestyle. So many plane trips all over the US, can’t be cheap and all the oversized weddings, each one trying to out do the other and the boyfriends with their engagements! So trying to outdo the last one! Carlin has been the one I can’t stand! So loud and annoying. Always butting in when anyone speaks and then laughing when the Dr. gives her potentially life threatening news! She is so immature!
