Fun and spectacular visuals but no respect given to the audience. Every time cinematic storytelling takes place, the filmmakers ruin it by having the characters explain what just happened. For viewers who really care about what actually happened in the made-up universe(s), they have to take the information twice which feels like being spoon-fed long division. I want to notice the subtle differences in traffic lights in the parallel world. I want to recognise the mysterious girl from the intro. But I can't, because it's built into the characters' dialogue.
