I loved this movie! I have been on a netflix original movie binge lately, and this movie definitely stood out among the rest. I absolutely love the message it brought forth and how we are making steps toward all people loving themselves no matter what size, color, fashion choices, sexual orientation and celebrating diversity and individuality. It's definitely worth the watch if you ever have the time!

disappointing. if you're coming to watch this movie as a simple fan, and someone who USED to watch the movie as a kid, you'll love it. if you're coming as someone like me? a die hard who still currently watches this movie often, someone who will randomly call her siblings to say a random line with every inflection, someone who knows what movement happens on which word, someone who was actually moved by the exact words mufasa said.....you'll be disappointed. stunning movie visually, there are definitely some elements about it that are perfection....but overall, I walked out the theatre like -_- I still suggest seeing the movie yourself, bc your own opinion is important. but thisis how I felt.
