An entertaining 'Saturday afternoon film' which is entertaining but doesn't require much concentration. Netflix suggests this is the most accurate portrayal of Scottish life but nothing could be further from the truth! The only thing that was accurate was the Scottish ceildhi music and everything else from the accents to the pub scenes to the portrayal of Scottish life was pitiful. The plot was predictable but as I said it was entertaining.........if you didn't take it too seriously!
