This movie was way too woke. I refuse to acknowledge there is a HP2 because it was just so bad. They should have bought back pretty much all the original characters including Allison and Max (they could have said Max’s dad passed away) where they had teenagers who didn’t listen to their parents and lights the candle and wakes the sisters. I’m ok with them telling the backstory of the witches but then it should have said present day and start the movie with Allison and Max and their kids. Or them moving back home for some reason after leaving. They could have done so many things better with the second. Also it should have been released in theaters so the 80’s-90’s parents could take their kids. Still could have been modern but they should have a lot more actors back.

My daughters and their cousin went to see this and said they were disappointed because they left out a lot of the original.
