Having lived in Glasgow for 6 years and my children were born there in 1970s.i couldn’t get into the story as the spelling of some so called Scottish words were so hilarious. I never heard people talk like that.sadly it put me off ‘rich girl, poor girl.. I couldn’t concentrate..such a shame.
