They took so many pics n offered one complimentary poor quality frame of a very small size. Since v didn't like the frame, v asked them to share the pic n we would get it framed for which they charged 500. However, v asked them the complimentary photo frame. There is no mention of neither the gender of the child nor the parents name in the frame. It just looked like. Google download with hospital name. So much disappointed after wasting so much time n energy
