I love this movie too much. The characters are memorable, the music is amazing, and I love the plot of this movie!! Watching The Perks Of Being A Wallflower as a sophomore in high school feels totally different compared to when I first watched it as a 5th grader. When I first watched it, I didn't understand the movie or its purpose. When I watched it again, I was able to see the message behind the movie. We get to see how some of the characters impact Charlie's first year of high school and how he changed as a person. We learn about his past and his love for music and writing. We see Charlie getting the help he needed all along after reaching his breaking point. We also get to know what characters like Patrick and Sam face and how they grow as seniors in high school. I really don't have anything else to say and I usually don't review movies so this might not be the best review to reference to. I'm giving this movie a 9.5/10. Would I recommend watching this movie? Absolutely! Just know that there might be some triggering stuff in the movie (I'm not sure what exactly but most of it revolves around Charlie's diagnosed and undiagnosed mental illnesses). To summarize my review, the movie made me feel different about life. I am hoping to read the book when I get the chance :)!

It was a pretty good movie. What I love the most about this movie is the creativity of it. What I mean by that is how the movie is in a graphic novel/ video game format and I think that's very unique. I also love the music and some of the quotes are quite memorable. The only thing I really dislike is the main character, Scott Pilgrim. He's such a SIMP and reminds me of a few people I don't like. Also the fact that he was 22 dating a 17 year old made me icky about him immediately. But overall, it was nice to watch. Would rate it 8/10.
