You gotta like political dramas to enjoy this one. Matt Damon almost turns in a DeNiro- like performance with his long silences in between his lines. DeNiro only plays a minor role Joe Pesci has a mob man cameo, and c'mon, Angelina Jolie is stunning, as usual. The plot can be a bit confusing, but it all blends in at the end

In retrospect, this movie reminds me of his big breakout the next year ( The Joker). So similar, down to caring for his aging mother, who suffers a cruel fate as well

How can a baseball fan NOT love this movie.? All the scenes are spot on with Major League Baseball, as we know it

Trying to find out who played Nick's father (the bartender) in the closing scene. Can't find him in the cast

Compelling. Really shows the brutality of rebel factions in a foreign country, and the unmentionable to repeat genocide that goes on there
