I tried to like this movie and to be honest the only reason I watched it is because Jason Bateman is in it. I'm not a super hero movie type of person but I needed something "funny" at the moment and do like all the main actors in this movie. I'm still trying to figure out what happened to Octavia Spencer's wonderful acting skills? I guess it all came down to the director. I did have some laugh out loud moments from Melissa and Jason but it was just something mindless to watch at that time in my life, not that I was expecting it to be Oscar material. If your looking for something to watch to take your mind off current affairs or just having a bad day and want to stare mindlessly at the tv, then go for it.
