An all too easy to watch show which gives us insight into the luxury yacht chartering world. The views and the food are amazing to watch, and unbelievable how awful some of the guests and crew are! My one complaint is that Ben called Kat a 'refugee' as a clearly derogatory term. I am surprised the show did not receive any complaints over this, it is disrespectful and prejudiced to call someone who behaves badly when drunk a refugee. Especially as most refugees I've met behave better than all of the cast members on the show, drunk or sober. Not cool and sad it was not picked up and Ben was not made to apologise for saying this.

Although the ethos of this show is great and the cinematography and people encountered along the way provide a reason to watch it, it does not reflect at all well on British travellers. Leon should have attempted to learn Spanish before embarking on such an extensive trip rather than expecting people in South and Central America to speak English, and offered a small service or worked in exchange for food and lodgings rather than expecting it for free. Many of the people he encountered were not financially well off so it somehow seemed wrong that a wealthy British person was asking them for free food and board. Leon also speaks French in Spanish speaking south and central America, indicating no cultural awareness and also slight disrespect. His patronising at times cringe worthy white saviour manner is hard to watch. A shame as a great premise for a series but does not reflect well on British travellers.
