Arrests didnt "notch up" after the crime bill, prison populations haven't exploded since 2010 and black men aren't 40.2% of the population year after year. From 2000-2014 there were 7,500 more black inmates, 16,500 hispanic and 92,000 more white inmates. Shame on you Ava Duvernay for all of your historical inaccuracies.
