The Great Gatsby....A cautionary tale, "Don't fall in love with your neighbour's wife"....from Moses' Ten Commandments. Certainly a wonderfully told tale. I had tried on several occasions to read Scott Fitzgerald's famous novel, but only after seeing this movie version of the book will I now be able to go back to the book and read it. I am also now curious to see the other movie versions of Fitzgerald's tale, 1974 and 1949. Fitzgerald wrote his book in 1925. Human life goes on and in many ways never changes.
