This game is absolutely awful. I really tried to give it a chance over and over again because nostalgia got the better of me. I have around 240 hours on this game and finally uninstalled it from my pc. This is the slowest paced game in all of call of duty and the biggest waste of money. I spent a total of around 90$ on this game from pre ordering the operator enhanced addition and then buying a battle pass. Why is there even a battle pass in a game that you ALREADY PAY FOR. Infinity ward has outdone themselves in proving that they could be a more money hungry, fan neglecting company than Ubisoft. From the beginning it was apparent that the moderators would completely ignore the fans that have been playing call of duty for many years so that they can please new players that like to camp prone watching a single lane.(If there is even a lane) The first few months of playing, there’s was at least 5 of these guys in every lobby, every game mode. I thought “well, it’s a new game, maybe everyone is just figuring it out how to get around the maps.” But no. Every single map on this game an infinite number of corner, holes, and roofs to camp in. The devs at infinity ward and Joe Cecot literally said that this game is made in favor to allow new and inexperienced players to feel safe around the map so that when they feel comfortable, they can get a kill on people who walk by the spot they are watching. This is a complete embarrassment of a game and infinity ward is now a complete embarrassment of a company in my eyes. I will never buy another infinity ward made call of duty ever again because this game has made me so mad and frustrated on how completely not fun this game is. I’ve never written a bad review on anything in my life, I’ve never been mad at a game, I’ve never even uninstalled a game from my computer because I have such a big hard drive. But this game.... is just horrible. I once bought a book for school that was 120$ that I never even ended up using, and still I would have rather spent 120$ on a book that I never ended up using than 90$ on a horribly optimized, slow, and overall, just not fun, game thats developed by a company that cares more about making money than making a decent game. If you’re thinking about buying this game still, in my opinion, this game is worth less than money. People should get paid to play this game because it is honestly torture to try to have a fun round while playing.
