As a scientific show, it completely misses the mark. Several, if not all, experiments are flawed to various degreees. Which you can see from the start when several of their conclusions don’t match compared to those actually published in medical journals. As a scientist/engineer it’s hard to look past the constantly biased or incorrect experiment setups. I give it a 2 however because if you can look beyond all of the gross experiment negligence it can be somewhat entertaining. Emphasis on somewhat.

Josh Ruben is criminally underrated. Such a simple premise shows that with the right director and talent you can make anything scary. Just an incredible movie for what it is. Shame it hasn’t gotten the recognition it deserves.
