A weak spin off of one of the best games ever created. You play as a child in Peru, Indiana who is summoned by a Jaguar to deliver anti-malarial medication to a lost Incan city in a parallel dimension and potentially in the past. The psuedo-3d navigation down the river is nearly impossible. I contracted small pox, malaria, and typhoid within 5 minutes and subsequently drowned after being bitten by a giant catfish. I would not recommend for children under 18 due to the implied ayahuasca consumption and the overtly political message that a quinine derivative is a "real game changer."
