I love the sisters. They are straight out honest about their behavior and their love. They have such a beautiful spirit and I know too well they hide their pain behind their laughter and jokes. While it is best for their longevity of life to lose weigh I want them to realize they need to be happy with themselves for who they are as they are. I know too well the addiction to COMFORT FOOD because food will not turn on us or speak evil to us. Breaking a habit is difficult but my prayers and wishes are with the girls. For their health sake and not for what others think of them. Only they individually can be successful on this journey. GO GIRLS. Don't look for perfection. Look for day to day consistency. Don't see the goal as years away, change your thinking. This is not a race it is just making changes in life style gradually. MY HEART AND PRAYERS ARE WITH YOU BOTH. YOU WILL MAKE IT.

I use to enjoy watching and learning from this show until I kept getting all this promotional sales advertisement then I became disappointed as I only wanted to learn about better health, not buy some product. THEN, then, Dr. Phil had a show telling us how his and Dr. Oz had their identity stolen to promote the sale of products. I am going back to watching both dr.Oz and Dr. Phil as I use to enjoy their knowledge and will once again.
