A musical masterpiece. In 2024, this album's soul is alive and Ann is at the peak of her vocal abilities in 1990. If you want Heart's strongest album from the 80s Capitol Records Era then Brigade is the album. This album is truly a Brigade of soulful fantasy music. Once the opening masterpiece Wild Child gets you hooked, the rest is a spiritual adventure. Bad Animals is a studio masterpiece that ages well in 2024. I cannot believe Bad Animals only made it to No. 2 on the US Billboard 200 in 1987. This is a No. 1 album and the story told within the album is amazing. I encourage fans of 80s rock to rock this album in the 2020s.
