A genuinely bad film. I don’t know why it’s being called compelling on the web. Though visually atmospheric, it fails to build up intrigue, in fact seems funny at points, just so predictable.

I’m blown away. Such masterful performance by Shahrukh. And what a super film by Atlee. Stands out on every level. I’m officially an SRK fan.

Continuing with the thematic exploration of subjects like masculinity and elitism like his previous films, Ruben Östlund has definitely gone a step ahead in experimenting with his narrative. But the bold step has come with consequences of losing out on the subtlety that made his work remarkable, which holds ‘Triangle of Sadness’ back from achieving what it sets out to do. It manages to astonish you but doesn’t leave a deeper impact.
