As a forester, I realized that many of the tree references were incorrect. Of course, this wasn’t the main idea of the book but it made it hard to read because it felt like she didn’t do her research. Still a lovely story about love and loss and moving on with life.

Well done. It's not just about the team but about their families too. All of them RISE in their different ways. It is a beautiful and gracious story of doors opening, determination, and difficulty of change in a structurally racist society. Ugh - so good.
