You might as well forget about leveling up. You do 2 or 3 races at night and the cops automatically come after you. Unless you have wings literally strapped to your car you can't get away from them. Doesn't matter how fast you go, how many maneuvers you do, they will always get you. Oh... And once they get you, you can forget about 90% of anything you just grinded for for that night. They take it all away. The cops are so OP they take the fun out of the game. Definitely needs to be NERFED!!
