Always quick to ask for the monthly payment but when its them that there service is not working or malfunction on there internet modem. Its on there end to fix it, but no I need to make time and go thru the process of talking to someone to get my internet working. N I bet I'm not getting reimbursed for the time of my internet not working. Alot of bs if I have to say. Thinking of going to Verizon.
