The film, and let me stress that: This is a film, and not a special. Most people are gonna go into this expecting a typical Bo special, funny jokes and witty humor. It tries to be that, for a moment. It slowly changes, until it hits you all at once; it becomes a documentary about a man living in quarantine trying to record a special. It's introspective, humorous, dark, defeating, and uplifting all at the same time. After reading through the reviews, all 1-stars are either mad it wasn't a typical comedy, or calling it pretentious while listing off philosophers.
TLDR: If you're looking for a pure comedy, it has it's funny moments, but you will disappointed. If you're looking to be entertained, and feel something, you'll be pleasantly surprised.
