After Adipurish disaster I was bit skeptical about the movie. But it passed all my expectations. If you are a Shiva lover you are going to be immersed in Mahakaal darshans and the depiction of Shiva by Akshay Kumar and the message it gives " Rakh vishwaas tu hai Shiv ka daas". The story and the topic picked are amazing. The best part is the acting. Tripathi ji apke Charan Kahan hein. He can make you fall in love with his simplicity, his gestures , expressions and amazing aura that make you feel connected with him. Akshay Kumar loved you as Krishna in OMG and again as Shiva in OMG2. Go and watch the movie, it's really worth..

Disappointing this is. Ramayan is about the Dialogues, the Emotions , the Bhaav, the teachings and learnings. It is connected to our cores since childhood and every chapter in it is EPIC. the Ahilya episode, the ParshuRam discussions, Kevat Samvaad, Shabri meeting, the sheer power of Hanuman, the profoundness in the dialogues and the life messages we get. Mostly all of us as kids (at least my age group ~45) in their childhood would have played being Ram and Hanumaan and repeating dialogues of Ram and playing different episodes. Why because it gives you the way of life, everything in Ramayan pours out learnings and connects us with that divine which is Ram. This movie took away Ram's and Ramayan's real essence. In order to make movie appealing all is done to just animate the movie and the biggest blunder is the language being used by actors playing characters of great divinities eg. Hanuman, Laxman etc. Such powerful, greatly poetic and empowering dialogues are reduced to rowdy, Tapori, abusive statements, murdering the only essence of greatness of those dialogues. The sheer connect with those divinities is missing. Please do not take away the sheen of Ramayan. It shall remain in unadulterated form with every human being as it is the way of life.
