This is the worst thing I’ve seen in a very long time. It’s cheesy and cliché, the acting is some of the worst I’ve seen in a while and every episode feels like a hallmark movie. There’s no chemistry between the characters and the story’s are so overdone and boring. I was expecting so much of something with Dolly Parton attached.

This is easily the worst film I’ve watched this year. If the law of film is to show don’t tell then this movie deserves a life sentence without parole in a maximum security prison for its crimes. The writing had me laughing at how terrible, awkward and unrealistic it was. The characters are unlikable and the protagonist is a stuck up ‘not like other girls’ type and quite frankly, the most blatant charicature of the smart girl I’ve ever seen. She exclusively listens to classical music, reads 17 novels a week, dresses like a librarian and uses big words that are completely unnecessary and sometimes just don’t make sense in dialogue. I very very rarely hate movies, and I watched this because I was desperate for an indie film with a good story and that’s what the synopsis promised. Needless to say, I HATE this movie and regret wasting 2 hours of my life watching it.
