I'm not sure why this film received such a low score on some popular movie review sites, in my eyes it is an entertaining movie that is definitely worth a viewing. The plot is engaging and interesting, with a very cool twist towards the end. Gael Garcia Bernal is without a doubt a skilled and capable actor, and his performance in this film is no exception. This is a movie that I watched several times, even revisiting it again years later.
