The best space game you will ever play and it's only getting better with regular updates and a vast modding scene. It doesn't matter what you want to do if you want to. large tactical fleet battles, complex empire diplomacy, just want to get by doing a little system to system trading, explore the unknown reaches to tangle with "REDACTED", set up colonies and maintaining an empire extracting all it's own resources and building the finest capital ships. If there's anything you want to do in space this game can do it.

Even if you just watch from Episode 4 you'll be Hooked. Ok hear me out. Watch episode 4 first to get into it and then go back. I beg of you give it a chance it Get good. They really should have put something more in the first few episodes rather than dumping at all in episode 4. I am yet to See episode 5 yet but... Even if you just watch from Episode 4 you'll be Hooked.

I absolutely love it. 1 The combination of random generation and handcrafted environments makes the same missions never feel old. 2 Excellent community never toxic in my experience. 3 Weapon modification never simply makes something better, I will find myself grappling over picking between the available options. If I take the faster reload I can spare 1.5 seconds in the middle of battle and I don't need the larger magazine size but if it's upgraded from 6 to 11 I can manage my reloading more so I won't need the fast reload...But increased the fire rate means I can clear all groups quicker and be able to reload in peace...it's all down to how you play and you can go back to any of your old upgrades at any time for free. 4 overclocks. Clean overclocks give you small up size with no downsides. Balanced overclocks give you large upsides with larger downsides. Unstable overclocks can completely change weapons characteristics. An example I use a lot would be how the scouts duel SMGs can be unstably overclocks so every short you miss turns into a tiny cryo mine. 5 This you may disagree with but I find the game doesn't encourage me to mane. What I mean is when you jump into a mission it puts the team at a disadvantage to double run a class. The game almost encourages you to be adapt at all classes. 6 It's just an excellent game with solid game play that hasn't let me down and it can't run on a cheesecake but has surprisingly low specification. 7 good developer morals. I salute you Ghost Ship Games for not having a single paywall, microtransactions or making the grind so steep you need to buy boosters in favour for a balanced progression. There are DLCs with some unique cosmetics But...I argue these are more voluntary donations to the developers. 8 Ghost Ship Games has active community ears and keeps the game continuously patched and updated with new content.
