As someone who loved the 2017 movie, Chapter 2 felt like a comedy movie with a handful of jump scenes, as opposed to a horror flick with some comic relief. This was actually the first film to ever make me BUST out laughing... not saying I didnt like it, in fact just the opposite! This was the funniest movie I've seen all year!
